Troubleshooting a problem locate begins with recognizing the issue and then apply reasoning to determine probable cause and corrective actions. During this two hour webinar we will review several problem locates and breaks them down using simple reasoning to determine what the probable causes are and the corrective actions to correct or overcome the problem.

This course is designed for any field technician who is responsible for locating underground lines for any reason

•Recognizing the difference between accurate readings and false readings
•Applying deductive and inductive reasoning to determine the probable causes starting with the most likely cause
